Look what was above the clouds at Uluru...
Rudbeckia fulgida var. deamii, as you may be able to tell I have been on a course today, at Beth Chatto's garden, about how to name plants. What would appear to be yellow petals are in fact a sort of leaf, the flowers (and there are hundreds of them, all really small) are the darker centres.
