- Cappuccino of mushroom
- Smoked salmon and avocado mousse with horseradish mayo
- Pimms sorbet
- Quail wrapped with prosciutto and stuffed with prune, apple and wild rice, served with parmasan parsnips on a potatoe rossti,
- Chocolate custard on a chocolate sponge topped with home made orange jelly with cointreau oranges.
Everyone mouthful was delicious. If I could cook just one of those courses... I would be so proud.
Security camera. Had great fun taking a picture of this as it is a highly secure building. I spent the rest of the day wondering if 'they' would come to arrest me!
